Bike Itaú

Em teoria, é bom. Mas o aplicativo é absolutamente horrível. E claro também porque estamos no Brasil, nunca poderia pegar ajuda de ninguém para resolver as polêmicas.

This app is treacherous to use. I went through all the hoops until, at the end, it said that no plan could be activated for us today. No further explanation. Also, there is not an option to go back and edit your information if you believe you know what the problem is. There is horrendous user mobility within the app.

This might be the worst application I’ve ever seen released on the App Store. What an absolute pile of garbage. They clearly did not test a single functionality before releasing. When, trying to register as a foreigner, they ask for a one digit verification code. That makes no sense at all. Everyone that worked on this app should be embarrassed and fired. Nothing works.

I use them everyday

My bike was in terrible shape. Several of the bikes wouldn’t even unlock from their stations when we tried. I tried to return my bike after 14 minutes, I got the green light displaying that the return worked fine, but my ride didn’t end until 20 minutes.

El uso de la bike para tramos cortos y largos está bueno. Sin embargo, la app tiene fallas que hacen perder el tiempo. Planifico mi viaje y confirmo que hay espacio disponible en la estación de la bike y al llegar es incorrecto, dice que tiene disponible 2 o 3 y no hay ninguno disponible, debo ir a buscar otra estación perdiendo el tiempo. Me ha pasado varias veces ya.

Terrible system. Always freezes. It is faster for me to call an Uber than to unlock a bike that is right in front of me.

The app never works

Purchased two days of unlimited use. After first ride the app blanked out into orange blank. I’ve wasted 30 mins of vacation trying to resolve, including the alleged “support”.

After the scan the bike code the app keeps in orange screen and do not unlock the bike! I deleted the app, installed again to realize that I have been charged and tou have no way to contact anyone to get help with the issue! Do not use this service!
