Die App ist sehr schön & bringt auch einen ins Schwitzen. Mir wäre es aber schöner gewesen, wie viel Kalorien man nachdem Training verliert. Oder wie viele Übungen man gemacht hat :) ansonsten ist sie Klasse 💪🏽

App doesn’t open. It loaded on my phone but when I click on it, it doesn’t open.

This is simple and effective work the tempo is good and the music is easy and upbeat. She does a great job keeping a brisk pace !

I am so very impressed with this app. I have tried others and I felt like I didn't get anything from it, that I had to do the video again with others. Or they just froze, or they show you a pic of it and expect you to know what to do. Not this app. With this, you work out with the girl showing you how to do it, and it shows no mercy you're begging for her to stop and I felt it after my first time. I'm hooked. Very thorough. :))))
