This app needs to be worked on and more reliable. I’ve been trying to get passed the phone number verification to shop for over 2 weeks!!! Please take steps to fix this problem that keeps happening.

It keeps telling me “ network operator not supported” What does this mean? This is happening during applying.
This is not a very good app. I couldn’t even finish the setup. Needs better computer programming....

Using BillEase at first was great, unfortunately, when I was paying them through 1-2 business days options through bank transfer; they could not confirm the transaction EVEN THOUGH THE REFERENCE NUMBER IS INDICATED!!! I’ll not be paying double just because of your lapses. An EMAIL CONFIRMATION from my bank is enough yet your standards are so high when it comes to confirming a transaction; is it really that hard???
We made a full payment in advance 4 days before my due date via Security Bank. Ewan ko ba sa department na naghahandle ng verification hindi ino-honor ang mga submitted proof. Naging 4 days delayed tuloy! Ending we needed to go to the bank just to secure another proof of transaction. Kaya nga nag bayad online para iwas hassle sana jusko! Wala pang hotline na pwedeng tawagan. Bagal naman mag reply sa email. Hanggang ngayon di pa na reresolve ang problem ko! Ano to? Ma tethankyou ang 4k+ ko?
