Email OTP not generating

Unable to verify the email, checked the spam/junk folder however no email received. Mobile is verified though but to use app one needs to verify the email as well, that is not happening because I am not getting email itself then how to use the app ?

Tried multiple times. Email otp is not coming.

I an not able to add my LIC policy as Lic is not in the drop down menu.

This app having a multiple feature with awesome UI experience. It will allow to add mobile , email , address , bank , nominee. Within a click it will update my mobile number to to 3 different insurers with different policy. Really nice app.

I had converted my all policies in one platform. Easy to use. But there is no way to track my support ticket status and update.

It almost takes several minutes to get OTP. Several unsuccessful registration attempts

The interface does not allow single page or scroll down view for proceed. Using iPhone XS.

Not able to login in after otp received. Please fix the BUG

I am unable to access my eIA account on my iPhone. Whenever I try to access any menus in Bima Central, I encounter an error message stating, “We are facing some technical issues, please try again later.” Once this error message appears, the application freezes. I have never had such a poor experience with any other application.
