Biman

I booked 3 ticket in biman bangladesh airlines. But when i try to add the trip in the biman apps. It is saying the booking reference (6 digits) is Error. But in the website it is showing properly. This apps will make people confused. And it is need urgent upgrade.

একজন নিয়মিত যাত্রী ও গ্রাহক হিসেবে আমি চরম হতাশা ও ক্ষোভ প্রকাশ করছি Biman Bangladesh Airlines-এর মোবাইল অ্যাপ এবং Loyalty Rewards প্রোগ্রাম নিয়ে। 🔴 এই অ্যাপ্লিকেশন সম্পূর্ণরূপে অকেজো ও অবহেলিত। • Loyalty miles claim করলে কোনো ধরনের acknowledgment তো দূরের কথা, মাসের পর মাসেও কোনো রেসপন্স পাওয়া যায় না। • অ্যাপটি প্রায়ই crash করে, লগইন হয় না, কোনো meaningful update নেই। • User interface, features – সবকিছুই পুরাতন এবং ব্যবহার অনুপযোগী। • Support চাইলে কাস্টমার সার্ভিস নির্বিকার — মনে হয় তারা নিজেরাই জানে না অ্যাপ চালু আছে কি না। 🤔 প্রশ্ন হচ্ছে — এটা কি সত্যি জাতীয় পতাকাবাহী এয়ারলাইন্সের মানের অ্যাপ? এতো বাজে মানের অ্যাপ্লিকেশন কে তৈরি করেছে? কে বা কারা দেখাশোনা করে? এবং এতদিন ধরে এই অবস্থা চললেও সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষ কি একবারও চোখ বুলায় না? 👉 এটি চরম দায়িত্বহীনতা এবং যাত্রীদের প্রতি স্পষ্ট অবহেলা। একটা সময়োপযোগী, কার্যকর ও ব্যবহারবান্ধব অ্যাপ আজকের দিনে একটি এয়ারলাইন্সের জন্য বিলাসিতা নয়, বরং মৌলিক প্রয়োজন। আর আপনারা সেই প্রয়োজনটুকুও পূরণ করতে পারছেন না — এটা লজ্জাজনক। আমি কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে দ্রুততম সময়ের মধ্যে কার্যকর পদক্ষেপ এবং যথাযথ জবাবদিহিতা দাবি করছি। এভাবে রাষ্ট্রীয় সম্পদ পরিচালনা করলে যাত্রীদের আস্থা হারানো শুধু সময়ের ব্যাপার। যথাযথ পদক্ষেপ না নিলে বিষয়টি গণমাধ্যমে তুলে ধরা হবে।

Dreadful App, doesnt even let you download the itinerary, and this is not even possible on their website either. Typical Biman Airlines

Booking flights and viewing tickets both not loading. Booking flights gets stuck at seat selection, use your computer instead

This app is a waste of time. Do not try to book ticket through this app. I wish I knew why have an app that does Not function properly. Tried to get help from support, no response.

What a waste of time, the app doesn’t respond. When you select a departure date it automatically changes the return date to the departure date. If Biman gonna have a app then create a decent app that functions correctly.

Worst service, always flight delayed will never take service again

It’s been three days I try to book ticket from the apps but every time after I put all details it’s start loading and keep doing tht such a crap apps ever.I can’t believe 2023 Biman still don’t have a proper apps to do this little thing like as booking tickets and all this I know they will reply sying this is th apps but unfortunately this is not a apps it’s a crap spend money on it get proper company to do tht job we never pay less when we came from london we pay double price to Biman then other airlines and they can’t make an proper apps such a shame
