BIMBA Y LOLA

Was told to delete and reinstall as had bugs but still just stuck on screen saying cyber days are coming. Obviously didn’t install un-bugged version.

Couldn’t even go past creating a profile after downloading it. Date of birth selector wouldn’t show up on iPhone 12 Logo at the top was also cut. App was definitely not tested on latest technology.

Set up very easy and once you order, delivery is very quick - usually receive item within a couple of days. AsI can’t get to Spain at the moment, it’s brilliant.

I try the app, it won’t validate my phone number for an order, abandon and use Mobile safari, won’t pick up the Marylebone store for pickup, abandon that and do it on desktop, won’t pick up in-store-pickup. Just going to have to go into the shop. Pfff. I guess it’s good as a catalogue, just do t bother trying to order through it unless you want half the options chopped out.

Never order during Black Friday. Packages missing items and then no customer support afterwards. Information i s misconstrued and then customer service in both stores and via customer service. Very disappointing app and support for bimba y Lola.

Ayer se actualizó, y hoy no funciona la App. Un pena

Soy clienta de esta marca,pero me ha sorprendido que en unos guantes salgan bolas al primer día de ponerlos.Los hubiese llevado a la tienda ,pero ya no tengo el ticket. Por lo demás nunca he tenido problemas con todos sus productos.
