This is the WORST support experience I’ve ever had. I requested the deletion of all my data, as is my right under GDPR. After being transferred to an agent named Gorkem G, I was shocked by the complete lack of professionalism. He outright said he didn’t have time to read the chat history and repeatedly asked the same questions I had already answered. It’s INSANE how lazy and disrespectful the support team is. They just send useless templates instead of actually listening to the customer’s needs. Binance’s support is beyond incompetent! I am shocked!

First of all, if you haven't used Binance yet make sure to enter the reward coupon GJSK48HP on the sign up screen to get a commission kickback rate. Wonderful... The best trading app ever. Very fast and reliable. God!!!! Your app rock. I mean no change for trading and you can trade so many coin at the same time. Wow! With every update from past 4-5 months, the app has just got sleeker and sleeker. Both buy and sell interface are now on same page to make things more eaiser i recommend this app. The fees are reasonable if you use BNB to cover your fees for trading, Binance cuts fees down 50% if you use BNB, the fees go down more depending on what "tier" or level user you are. Pricing is real time, sending and receiving crypto is quick. Their security is incredible, the level of security used to protect the user account is one of the best. They now offer a virtual wallet, and the support team is quick to help if you need them. One recommendations - In trades (center) tab when we click on the open trades icon, the history is out at the top right which isn't quite an ideal position. Do what you've done for futures open orders and order history, just slide right to get the order history. That would be really neat... All bug with new upload are fixed!! Highly recommended ❤️❤️

Two days Im fighting with customer service, they can’t figure out why my wallet is not working. I made two stupid sales advised by their “try this if it works”, I did not want to make; because they wanted to know if it works this way or that way. I’m frustrated how incompetent their customer and technical support are.

Can’t withdraw money over a week. Dont trust this platform. They are asking transfer in 15€ and create accounts in other banks. Also asking to get info about personal bank accounts.

You have to go through multiple tutorials in order to figure out how to get your money back. Depositing on the other hand is supe simple:)

Trying to withdraw your money from this joke of an app is such a headache, I piss on it.

I’ve use this exchange for some time & can say my honest opinion. For users especially from EU not recommending to use this exchange.. because one day without any explanation you’ll be banned and they’ll offer to withdraw your funds from account and farewell… overall as long as I were allowed to trade everything were ok… but one day if they decide something you can become persona non grata… support was bad… completely useless

I have turned off marketing notifications and have left only inportant trade notifications, margic calls etc. I keep getting like a million notifications on random stuff.
