Poor safety
Scammers can easily send sms in the same chat as the original messages dialogue, pretending to say that attempts have been made to access the account from other countries or applications. It’s highly unacceptable for a finance application to have such easily accessed tools
Difficulty and slow navigating through the app
Just downloaded the app reading the good comments and hoping to do some crypto investing. The app is very slow. Almost impossible to go back in the menu, I must hit the back arrow too many times and it is getting really frustrating not responding to a single touch. My Mio550 17 years ago was faster literally. I have an iPhone 13 Pro and yes everything else is working absolutely fast. Don’t understand why this app is so reluctant to respond to touches.
ITS A SCAM
I put money in it and now it’s impossible to withdraw them. Also there is no customer support service just forums with no answers, it’s just a big scam don’t download it and more importantly don’t put money into it or you won’t get it back
Bad services
Binance telephone support was totally not helpful. I received an automated message for second time that a withdrawal has been requested from my account but I didn’t. When I called them they told me not to call them back again while they didn’t informed me about the actions taken to protect my account.

A horrible application
A truly horrible user experience. I have 2 degrees n software engineering and decades of project management experience in IT. I have never seen a west application. Impossible o verify your account. impossible to get help, the website does not accept your email address. Who designed this garbage. I am trying to delete my account and I cannot. Stay away from this app.
