Unbelievable
I have had insomnia for the past twenty years. In that time I’m lucky if I get two hours sleep a night. I have tried everything, sleeping pills, melatonin, meditation etc. Nothing worked. The other night I decided to try this. After all, what have I got to lose? I put it on ( Delta/deep sleep) earbuds in, laid back. I heard the low buzz, I had zero expectations. Within a minute I was OUT. I slept a solid 13 hours GOOD SOLID sleep. OMG! I woke up amazed and in disbelief. It had to be a fluke. Last night I tried it again. Same bed time routine, switched it on. I had 11 solid hours. You cannot imagine the joy I feel today. I am in AWE! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I cannot wait to go to bed tonight. I think that the Dragon of Insomnia has finally been slain. Oh the joy!! I can finally sleep again!
Mix audio is game changer

For me it’s so simple and effective
I have tried other apps and I personally find this is the easiest one to use. I have done a reasonable amount of research into which frequency waves do what and, through trial and error, I have found patterns that work for me. The interface is pretty intuitive and if you are serious about experiencing the benefits of using sound to help health, it’s well worth the subscription rates.
Amazing app, now horribly overpriced
Originally this app was free and you paid for a few extra features, which I had already done so before they changed the model. Now, it’s £9 monthly or £60 annually for a simple binaural app with a nice UI, with my original payment accounting for nothing. I recommend saving your money by using any of the free alternatives. I already pay for Spotify, which includes binaurals, YouTube also has them. I would be happy to revisit this app again if the developer changed the pricing model.

not “free”
had this app years ago when it was free, was great to see it still on the app store but then found out that it requires £50+ to access. what a joke!
Too buggy now unfit for purpose.
Folks not running the very latest iOS version because their devices don’t support it like me don’t bother downloading or updating to this and next versions.
This was my daily goto app to drown out daily unpleasant noises but this app now is just too buggy.
It drops out randomly all the time, takes ages to start up until you can press the go button to play the sound and freezes constantly throughout. Goes on pause randomly and just turns off. Wish I’d never updated it because now it’s unusable and extremely disappointing.
Rubbish.
What a load of rubbish
Having read the reviews about how fantastic this product is, how could I not give it a try. After four hours of having what I can only describe as torture playing in my headphones I am still awake. To be honest my own Tinnitus was more relaxing to listen to. If you are looking for an aid to falling asleep faster, take my advice and download a quantum Physics lecture, you will be asleep in moments.
Had this app for years and it does wonders.
