1) Download the App and register - don't forget to enter your payment details.
2) Find the nearest BinBin on the map via the App.
3) Scan the QR code on BinBin and start your ride.
4) Speed up BinBin with the support of your foot and start driving by using the throttle.
5) Leave the traffic behind, but keep the traffic rules in mind. Be mindful of pedestrians and vehicles.
6) When you reach your destination, make sure you find a safe parking spot to park BinBin. Don't forget to check the parking spots on the map.
7) If everything looks good, take a photo of the parked BinBin via the App and finish your ride.

Doesn’t accept my UK debit card…
I’d verification and phone number (UK) all went well but it does not want to accept my bank card?? Tried about 5 but no luck.. Shame
Doesn't work.
tried multiple times to make this app work, 1 reason or another it wasn’t able to accept my card or location when set to always. When it did finally except my card, it charged me but didn’t give me access to use one of the scooters as it said invalid code.? app is rubbish and doesn’t work well at all. Very disappointed and lost money. Don't use. 😡
Doesn’t work at all
A long time ago on a version far far away it used to actually work. After some update it started working 10% of the time - 90% of the time when you input your phone number nothing happened. Now it doesn’t even start due to location services error - even though it’s all enabled. I even have money locked in on the app! iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 17.4.1 - fn fix it engineering team - honestly so fn bad!

Not working
It gets stuck on the mobile phone page. I tried on my iPhone and iPad with the UK mobile operator and the WiFi in Turkey. Nothing works. It seems like the app isn’t tested well.
Nothing but trouble
Had a package allowed me to unlock scooter rode for 20 min parked it up app had crashed and won’t let you end ride. Had to phone to end ride had taken 120 min off my package did the same thing the day after nothing but trouble
Avoid!!
The app keeps failing so you may be able to start a ride but then you can’t end it. I just tried one out for a short ride but the app kicked me out and wouldn’t let me log back in. Just had to leave the scooter parked up but got a bill for 230 TL (about £7) Contacted customer service but they refused to refund me!! Beware! I’ve heard that Beam is better to use.
No point in downloading this crap app
Impossible to use if you’re from outside turkey.. only works on wifi: doesn’t allow any cards to top up wallet… just a total waste of my time
Doesn’t work
Terrible app, doesn’t work on 4G only hotel Wi-Fi some of the time, which kind of defeats the purpose of scanning a scooter outside the hotel. Avoid
