ادخل التطبيق يطلب تحديد الموقع أعطيه Ok لا يمكن التوصيل لهذا الموقع يا اخي ما ابي توصيل ابي ادخل التطبيق واشوف حسابي ونقاطي ماذا حدث لا يكون تهكر ؟ إذا تهكر بنحذف التطبيق لا يعدم جوالاتي عشان عشرة ريال

نافذة منبثقة مزعجة

ما اقدر اطلب بسبب اصدار نافذة عدم القدرة على التوصيل للوقت المحدد، مع انه فيه وقت ولكن عندكم مشكلة بالنظام حلوها.

المنتجات غير متوفرة!

طلبت من مكة عبر التطبيق 9 منتجات اتصلوا قالوا المتوفر فقط عدد 2 منتج! حاولت الغي الطلب لا يوجد اختيار يسمح بذلك!! نصيحة: لـ بن داود أعطوا الموظفين المسؤولين عن متابعة التطبيق نسبة من المبيعات عشان يجتهدون وينسقون مع فروعكم ليتم تحديث حالة المنتجات ويتابعون تنفيذ الطلبات بشكل سريع.

They failed at returning my money

I ordered a home delivery and pre-paid my order. Then when my order arrived several hours late half of the items were not delivered!!! I contacted them about the issue and they said I would receive a refund within a week. Then when my refund came they only refunded 1/3 of the amount they owed me !!!! I guess they think they needed charity or something since I never received the money they owe me!!!!! I thank Allah that in the hereafter I will get my rights as Allah saw what they did to me

Horrible

Tried this app today. Very late delivery, not following the time slot appointed in the schedule. The items they have are available in the app but actually not available in their market! The most important item I want to be delivered is actually not available! The app is deceitful! I did not receive any refund after they processed when I already paid.
