I am trying to play a series for some time now but it doesn’t seem to play at all. Also I opened an account using my apple email address through the app in my phone but when i try to log in through my laptop there is no option to log in through the apple Id. The platform needs a major update …

I can’t watch the video.
App doesn’t work properly
I am still in the subdivision. But I can not open any video from this . I tried to contact with customer, couldn’t find anywhere their contact info. Now I have to cancel the subscription. This is crazy. How come they don’t have any customers care contact?
Not working on IPhone
It’s not working at all
None of the content is available to watch
My phone is connected to wifi , it says, connect to local network which I did, but still says device is not available. Wasted money on 6 months subscription but couldn’t watch a single content yet. Cheap way to rip off people. Not going to subscribe to any Bangladeshi apps anymore.
New 1.5.5 Version Blocking my access to content
After I upgraded to 1.5.5, I lost access to content. I cannot watch any content any longer. Can you fix this issue? I am paid customer and cannot watch you content. If this is not fixed, I will request App Store to remove this app and will ask for a refund. Horrible experience.
