App use to be fun, now crashes daily. Support is no help. Just a waste of time now.

IDK what has happened to this app but it used to be fun to play and you used to be able to complete builds and tokens to be able to play games used to be plentiful but now gameplay is at an all-time low. You barely get any bingos, you get no tokens to be able to play bingo games, pieces required for building are far and few between. In app purchase prices are absolutely outrageous for what is offered $5.00 for a measly 60 tokens, which gets you a 40 token game and a 20 token game which is a laughing joke because there is absolutely no reward for those low paying games. I miss the way this game used to be. Easy play high reward now it’s extremely hard play no reward. You don’t even get what you put in, in return. Shame on these developers.

Keep crashing

This game want you to buy stuff even though they advertise you don’t. You won’t get anywhere if you don’t. You will be lucky if you get 1-2 balls on your final 13 balls in each game. I’ve complained several times but it’s all AI generated so no real response. Be Leary playing this cheating,lying game.

I have been trying to get trade issue resolved and no one answers my request except a stupid bot. Please read your messages and respond so gameplay is correct.

Fix game algorithms! I’ve only stayed as long as I have because of the wonderful people in my club. I’ve been playing many years but it gets harder every year. I won’t finish the current event. Hard to get anywhere in the game with only 1 or 2 bingos per game I play. I’ve played 320 token games and even today only ONE bingo! Lower token games are just as bad. I’m done with current event. I’ll help teammates but done trying to finish rooms. THE NAME OF THE GAME IS BINGO! Give us some!

I used to love playing this game, BUT, they have way too many ads now. They make you watch an ad before the game will load every single game. If you watch an ad to double your score, then they play another one before you can play the next game as well. They have an ad for $1.99 where you are supposed to not have to watch ads for 30 days. But they take your money and still make you watch the ads. It’s a rip off. Contacting support does zero good. They won’t even reply. I do like the concept of having clubs to play with. But the number of bingos you get per game and the rewards are way down from what they were. I’m a long time player and becoming very disappointed with the game. Lots of crashes, low rewards, etc. dismal at best these days.

Fun game, but it goes real slow sometimes, seems like if I shut it down for a few seconds, it comes back faster. Fix the bugs, and it’s going to be a GREAT game app! Seems to have a problem with the sound! Goes out occasionally!

Update: I've fixed it myself. It was because my sound for ringtones and notifications were off. Once I turned it on it was fixed. Sorry about that, giving 5 stars, love the game!! I’ve just recently downloaded this game and have been playing it. I’ve gotten as far as the middle of the second book but now there is no sound. No music playing and I can no longer hear the bingo numbers being called. I’ve checked my settings and I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app but it hasn’t done anything. It just stays silent. I’ve got my sound turned all the way up. Everything else on my phone produces a sound except this app. If I can’t hear the bingo numbers being called out I don’t want to play. Please fix this!!!! Once it’s fixed I’ll give it 5 stars, but until then I’m only giving 2.
