You can’t cash out and when you win, they don’t pay you . Total ripoff!

So every three hours you can watch a video to earn diamonds to play with right?? You watch the video, but at the end of the video it says OOPS SORRY SOMETHING WENT WRONG TRY AGAIN LATER and of course you don’t get any diamonds. This is Over and over and over for days and days and days- SO not a random oops.. When you go to “CHAT/HELP” it’s basically: what do you need help with? you can only select from the 4-5 questions they have typed out (no keyboard to ask YOUR ACTUAL QUESTION) select one- It gives u a bunch of basic answers and it’s says “did that help” You say NO- it’s asks the same questions again! there’s STILL no place to type a question. there’s no actual “chat” (even thought there’s a BIG “CHAT HELP” tab) All you get from this tab is the app reading you out the FAQs So if you have an issue (and you will) there’s no way to get help/ support/etc. it even has a count down to how long until u can watch a video to earn a diamond 😆 Classic. The gambling app wants the addicted gamblers to get impatient with the apps “glitch” with no way to ask for help.. so we use our own money to continue the game. Geniuses at work here. ❤️
