It does show only data last three months , so u can’t compare what u bought before four months, neither whats the price when u bought few months ago

Terrible customer service

One of the worst customer service support I have ever met. I had a problem with the withdrawal account process and now they are telling me that I need to spend £ 300 to release a small fund of £250. Quite frankly it’s the worst customer service of all time I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy quite frankly it’s outrageous customer service is a series of bots no formal complaints arrangements no phone number to call even when requesting no real response just the same regurgitate nonsense never have I had so much difficulties in trying to resolve an account issue and on top of that they want me to pay £300 to release acces to my account and withdraw my money I made a very modest investment and successfully made a small profit and because of their stupid rules they won’t let me get access to my money I have never had this much hassle with any account that I hold including my three bank accounts. I would not recommend this site to anyone and suggest you find an alternative exchange

One of the worst app for futures

What can I say, The fees are ridiculous when trading futures on Bingx and when you have stop loss in place, it’ll takes more than what you put on for Stop loss which is ridiculous I was meant to be stopped out at 50$ and I got token out by $140 how does that make sense? Avoid this app at ant cost and they also charge you fees for spot trading whereas company like binance don’t.

Crashes on startup

The app functionality is good but I have to open and close 3 times every time before it will initialise facial recognition and let me in. Not good if you quickly need to make a trade.
