The app never works & always closes out as soon as I open it. Tried downloading a few times and still don’t work.

Every time I try to open the app it immediately closes.

The app constantly crashes and you’ll have to redownload the app over and over. I’m not sure how they haven’t fixed this yet.

The app crashed every time I open it. Can’t even actually open it without it crashing. There’s no “convenience” in scheduling with it

The app was fine the first time I used it. Since then, it crashes every time I open it. I’ve tried everything from closing the app, redownloading and nothing seems to fix it. This has been going on for the last few weeks I’ve attempted to use it

Your IT department is sleeping. Please alert them to a growing problem with the Biolife app. It is in serious need of repair and your IT department makes too much money.

Not worth the money, takes 3 hours and the appointments mean nothing because they overbook so much

Can’t use the app

Hello, I am writing to let you know there is an issue with the app. After downloading it, setting up your profile, etc the app will crash when going into it again after a couple of days. The only thing that works is to delete the app and reinstall it again. Repeat process when trying to use it again after a few days.
