Hello, I am writing to let you know there is an issue with the app.  After downloading it, setting up your profile, etc the app will crash when going into it again after a couple of days.  The only thing that works is to delete the app and reinstall it again.  Repeat process when trying to use it again after a few days.

The appointment times seem to be merely a suggestion because they certainly don’t mean you’ll actually be seen AT that time. I have yet to be there for less then three hours because they seem to be chronically under staffed, which makes me wonder how they treat their staff and if they’re paid competitively. I have yet to see ANY tech that’s smiling and happy to be there and most of the time, the whole place just seems like a depressing place to work (that’s what makes me wonder about how the employees are treated because the place would “feel” different if it was a solid, positive work environment). 

I think it’s about time for me to find another place to sell my plasma. Biolife reminds me way too much of the VA and they seem to assume that you have nothing but time on your hands and can wait as long as it takes. It’s getting harder to justify going to a place that has zero respect for your time and honestly, they don’t pay enough for the hassle of long wait times and really unhappy staff. 

*I’ve also had issues with the app where I’d click on it only to end up right back at my home screen. I’ve already deleted the app and redownloaded it multiple times but that seems to only work temporarily. 

My advice would be to find somewhere else to sell your plasma. And even though there’s a bonus for you for everyone that you get to sign up (you don’t get the bonus until they show up for their second appointment though), I haven’t even tried to get anyone else to come do it because of the way they do their “appointments” and what a time waster it is with understaffing. The sad thing is, ALL of these problems could be easily fixed if they wanted to fix them but they don’t because they don’t care. And as long as people continue to come and put up with all of it for a few bucks then they don’t really need to do they?
