BioLife Plasma Services Reviews
Latest Update
The latest update where the app changed to orange has been awful. The app will close out immediately after logging in. After been logged in, it hardly ever has the amount of money listed on my debit card or when my next appointment is. It takes me at least 3-4 times to actually log in before it will work properly.
Trash app/website
I have been trying to set up a profile and appointment at a location near me for about 40 minutes now and cannot come up with enough bad things to say about how clunky this experience is.
The website doesn’t work correctly, I can’t get a reset email sent to me, I can’t change the active location, the locations it suggests based off of the zip are typically given furthest first (why? In what world does this make sense?)
It’s like they don’t actually want to do what they do, or do they?
No lo recomiendo
Hoy me tocó donar y hacer el examen y tengo 3 horas y nada todo es muy lento
Change Location is broken
As a developer, I cringe while using this app. Everything is broken. I can’t even change my branch location that I want to use. 0/10
No way to login using an iPad Pro.
No way to login using an iPad Pro. The app won’t allow the entry of a 6x digit verification code. Trash app all the way around. You actually made it worse when you overhauled it.
Calendar option doesn’t work
This app update is very difficult to read. I have my phone set on a little bigger font so I don’t have to get reading glasses out every time I look at my phone. The Biolife app then looks very wonky. The numbers and words are all over the place. I liked the look of the app a few weeks ago better. The “add to calendar” function stopped working months ago so it’s annoying to have to go to my calendar every time I make an appointment and manually enter it in even though it says you should be able to click to add to calendar. I’ve checked my settings and Biolife still has permission to add to calendar. When this functionality worked, it was much nicer. Please fix this!
Error message when I press forgot password
I’ve tried several times to reset my password but I keep getting an error message.
Worst donation place bad experience
As expected my first physical and donation took about 3 hours which is fine it was expected but got my first donation without issues . Now i Have gone 3 more times after that and still could not make any donations first time the dumb app wouldn’t let me make an appointment and would not register my past physical and first donation. The clinic to make me wait an hour more to be approved to be screened but did not wait so went home. The next time i go The nurses could not find any of my veins despite drinking 8 bottles day before got poked both arms and sent back hime . And last time i go i got kicked out because i sweated little from 110 degree weather after 45 min drive to get there . Rude manager and incompetent staff will not go back again. This is from Bakersfield, CA.
Use to be the best
BioLife when it first came to my town. Was amazing. I was one of the locations first sonars and have donated around 150 times! The sign on bonus was spectacular the friend referral program was top notch I brought in about 10 people in total the staff was always so nice and professional the pay outs were perfect. The app was always difficult and irritating and I couldn’t count how many times I would travel 12 miles to BioLife a lot of times on bike or being dropped off just to find out that something went wrong or I needed a physical and it didn’t tell you this. Just a bunch of small things like that and they couldn’t do anything about it except reschedule your appointment for another day. I remember a couple of times I would have 7pm appointments and they always said you can donate 10 minutes before or after your appointment time. But they would lock the doors at 6:55. Drove me mad. A w a But it was still worth it. Not so much anymore. Now the app is updated and much improved. I wish it was always like how it is now. They leave there doors open for the 7pm clients. The staff is still very nice and professional But the payouts have been significantly cut. Almost half of what they use to be. No more coupons, must be low on staff sometimes because there will be huge lines and half of the stations are closed or only 1-2 people checking vitals. Did I mention the payout cuts? And they have a new point system where you can earn 5 more dollars after like 6 donations. Kind of a insult from what they use to be. They really should be paying out more or at least reopen some sort of coupon promotions. The friend referral is way down also. They really should work that out if they care about their clients. It’s a shame. I truly held biolife in such high regards. But now they have there sonar list filled out, all they care about is their profits and know if anybody stops they can just be replaced by some desperate sonar who needs a (not so) quick 35-40 dollars. Pick it up biolife. I’m disappointed
Biolife is a based center, and they need to be investigated.
Ok I went in and took a physical. Passed donated twice then they blocked me out and UPS stopped at my house and handed me a letter stating that my plasma was not up to parr, I’m like what! I don’t do drugs I take care of my self, they said I had to much white cells attacking the red blood cells, I’m like I gave in the past not to long ago to another plasma center and they never refused me. This center is being run by a biased personnel that just take who they want it seems, it could of been that they made a mistake and labeled the flask with some one else's name. there’s nothing wrong with me. They said I’m banned forever there, I hope they check them out and reprimand who ever is behind this. I recently donated at another facility and they never refused my donation and I’ve donated at least five times already. What does that say, there’s some kind of mistake. The lady there lied to me, but that’s ok that’s not the only place I can donate. I just wanted to say this and bring up what I went through there. Thanks for taking the time to read it.
