Description

Atlas of birds in the world.
And then If you have a photo of a bird, This app can help. Take a photo, choose from your camera roll, or snap a photo of the viewfinder on your camera, and it is a powerful AI that will suggest an identification almost instantly.
How can computers learn to recognize birds from sounds? The Sound Identifier research project uses artificial intelligence and neural networks to train computers to identify more than 3,000 of the most common species worldwide. You can record a file using the microphone of your device and see if Sound Identifier correctly identifies the probable bird species present in your recording. Get to know the birds around you and help us to collect observations by submitting your recordings.
The recognition function uses the microphone of your mobile phone and presents you with a probability of identification. The algorithm is not perfect and can give overvalued probabilities (in particular a probability should not be considered as exact).
