Bird FAQ
Is Bird free?
Yes, Bird is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Bird legit?
🤔 The Bird app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
To start riding, u need more balance then it s written in the review , also problems adding to balance , they will send u to your bank or say it s some problem from your side . Yet it s clearly problem from THEIR side. Did all the recommendations, contacted bank, basically wasted all day, but can t use balance i already have on app, neither can add , so i had enough to start riding
Amazing
Super fun and really useful
Mom
When the scooters don’t have gas, there’s not much of a ride there. Just learning so didn’t know how to determine if it has power or not until now.
I fell
Not the same as a bird.
Best thing to hit Tehas.
I get super drunk. These things don’t care as long as you got money. Me and my boys lived out out dui dreams on these things. 10/10.
WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT USE!!!
I rented a scooter in down town Nashville Tennessee rode it around down town for an hour and a half only about 9 miles got back to the hotel and ended the ride checked my bank account and it overcharged my account because for an hour and a half ride it cost me 70 dollars witch is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS so now my debit card is overcharged because I keep all my money in cash and I’m out of town. So if you are thinking about using one for a little while be prepared to be overcharged and if you try to talk to their customer service well you might as well talk to a brick wall because they are absolutely worthless.
Terrible in LA
Don’t use in LA. I wanted to go from LAX to so fi it costs me $20 for 2 miles. The service area is small which it doesn’t say anything about. Uber was cheaper. Don’t use
Rough night.
This was clutch when I needed it!
Great

Never seen this “lock” device before
Had to ride home from work the old fashioned way. Kicking and pushing The Bird scooter. Kept claiming something about lock and pop out key. Nowhere have I ever seen or heard of this before on my many Bird rides and other similar companies and yes I was charged even though I had to ride old fashion style. The app claimed the battery was charged too. I also unlocked and locked it in the app as suggested with no luck. Bad experience after an already tough day. What’s going on Bird!!?
