I’m sitting in Shenzhen, the travel pack I bought yesterday doesn’t work. The app does load properly on wifi and all I can do is talk to a stupid bot.

首先第1日我未過到韓國海關數據已用完？ 之後又叫我用15蚊買多500MB 最慘係咩？我要不停試韓國不停免費WiFi去續果15蚊，用佢所謂既限速去買15蚊，等撚左30分鐘都入唔到自由了個app,想比錢佢賺都難，有時急又無免費WiFi叫Uber入app加叫車前前後後無20分鐘唔使打算上到車,平時普普通通買張數據卡50-70蚊都夠用，今次我都唔知加左幾多次15蚊，3日埋單一定超過100蚊，貴小小唔緊要，最緊要要每日擔驚受怕又要等咁去續，總之以後去邊都唔會用自由了網上服務

垃圾都冇得再垃圾，一星都唔想俾

The travel sim is absolute garbage with only 300mb of fast internet, then it become so slow I can’t even use to open map

手機號碼轉左比自由鳥，想轉去其他台，係好難晚既事，佢哋拒絕你個號碼轉台的，小心唔好中伏

數據用量滿500mb，之後網速低至接近0，加了數據後網速沒有變快，仍然維持在極低速，騙錢玩意

I’ve been a long term user. Love the flexibility and the ease to purchase overseas daily data plan. However, the limit for 4G data is too low - it’s not enough for a day for sure and the speed is so slow after the limit that I can’t even call Uber or use maps, etc. Although there’s a way to top up 4G data - the button only appears when I’m reaching the limit. This is very terrible user experience as I wouldn’t know when I’m approaching or have passed the limit. And like I said, the speed is so slow after the limit so I can’t even top up the data. Suggestions: introduce higher limit 4G travel data plan and allow customers to top up way before the limit is used up

Very stupid and annoying. Been a whole day now.
