Any chance of having a landscape version, I use an IPAD to view this and normally have it in landscape so it’s a paint when the app reverts to portrait all the time

Shocking service from Birmingham City FC

This latest update of the app is appalling. I can log into my account and profile on the main website but my login details simply don’t work on this app. I’ve tried the reset password feature but when you use it it says password link expired even though I’d just received the email. The absolute worst thing though is the clubs lack of customer service/ support. I’ve emailed them, phoned them, used Twitter and got no reply. And they wonder why there losing supporters. The club treat their fans terribly. Not at all happy.

Worked fine until this last update

Tried to watch the game yesterday and after the last update doesn’t recognise my user name and password on either iPad or iPhone. The login details worked perfectly on the main BCFC website to take my money so it is definitely an issue with the app. Please fix this without delay, it’s shocking to take the money and not provide the service

Paid for nothing

I paid for audio subscription £43 for the season. Downloaded the app and came to listen. I then was told that I must download app to access the service....which, of course was exactly what I had done. No reply (now a week) to my request for support. Shocking!

I love this app as I am a very supportive and loyal blues fan, it allows you to vote for the man of the match and see all past and present scores. I enjoy having this app on my phone as I no longer have to use the internet to look for when matches are on or scores. If you turn the notifications on then the app will notify you when things have happened in a game or about blues news. I really like this app and recommend it to all bcfc fans.💙
