Scanning issues
I have tried several cell phones and still the scanning function on this app will not work. “Server not found” is all I receive. How do I complete my application without scanning my passport?
Very glitchy
App is super slow after update and barely functional.
Does not open
This is the first review I’ve written on an app because it… doesn’t work at all… I click on the icon to open it and it loads for minutes without opening. I think it’s worked for me once… I need to see my plane tickets on it… Can this be fixed soon?
Wont load
I’m trying to scan my passport and the app just won’t load. It’s just a blinking Home Screen. I don’t know how to continue with my application without that step
Horrible Bug Issues
The app crashes when i try to use my email constantly and the loading screen continuously loads without anything working. Very difficult to get anything done.
