Swiggy was showing 55 Minutes Delivery time so I ordered from Biryani Blues App, and there is no update system, no communication, no professionalism, no contact provided. I didn’t receive my order for 2 Hours, Helpline is also useless. Avoid using this app, use other platforms instead.

The app has no realtime tracking of delivery and doesn’t update even things as basic as payment status. To add to that the support number connects through only once in 10 times adding to the headache of placing and tracking orders

I just place the order, but I can’t even see the current location of the order the status of my order. Neither the contact details of the delivery partner. Nothing is available on this app. You just have to select your food pay money and that’s all you have to just have to go crazy about your order, thinking about it. Where did it go? Very poor app is developed by them.
