Biscuit Belly Loyalty

App rarely works. Got it to load today and clicked to order but it sent me to a page that doesn’t exist. Wanted to give this place another try but unlikely at this point.

This place is wonderful the food is delicious I can’t get enough of it

My husband I stopped in to pick up a brunch order for our family today 7/22/23. The staff were extremely personable and helpful. We will be returning on 7/23/23 for our 32nd Anniversary! We’re looking forward to another Fantastic brunch for our Anniversary.

Stopped in Biscuit Belly for the first time while running errands. The biscuit sandwiches were delicious and big - in fact, the other halves of our sandwiches are what’s for dinner. Great job! We’ll be back!

I can’t get past the verification of human. Just keeps spinning. Downloaded again and still the same. Has kept me from ordering when I’m busy.

I went to BB at 1:45pm an the doors were already locked an the guy behind the counter was washing the floors an wouldn’t acknowledge me at all! I travel from Wisconsin to Kentucky often an the service is usually subpar an this topped the experience especially since I had my $10 loyalty dollars to use an now will be lost! I suggest BB starts focusing on customer service!

I’ve made five attempts, ordering through the app and not been able to complete an order yet because of security protocols. I’ve never had this experience ordering through another app.

First time customer. Biscuits and Gravy ordered. Biscuits are ok but Gravy is terrible in taste, greasy and very weird aftertaste mixed with flour. Really disappointing in the amount of money spent and huge let down in taste. Will be back to DQ, Cracker Barrel going forward!!! James

I was looking at the prices and the selection and thinking…. Is this really worth me spending this amount for some biscuits? I started eating and was like YUP, YEAH, NO DOUBT, FASHO, TRUE, FACTS YES SIR and all that!!! It was definitely a great experience and so, yes I really enjoyed it and believe it was worth it. Just knowing it’s all fresh because they don’t have freezers was also a big plus because the quality and taste of the food. Remember to download the app or have them take your phone number at checkout so you can get your rewards. Them Bonuts are worth the download.

Really great food and a cool atmosphere! Our regular stop when we are in town.
