Pathetic online delivery services. Pathetic app. No proper response. I have ordered some groceries on 06/05/2021 since it was assured the same day (4 PM -10 PM) delivery. Products have not been delivered till now 08/05/2021. Notified customer care (number i got from google maps) next day itself and they promised to deliver the products soon. But until now, I have not received my groceries. I was trying this app for the first time. Regretting now. Worst thing about this app is that,there is no option for complaints/grievances in the app !! No customer care number or email id in the app. Review is about the online services and the app of Ajmal Bismi. This review is not about the quality of their products or shop.

Before you start with online order, make sure about product availability, smooth delivery. I’m putting this review after multiple orders I’ve placed, every time I’ve problem with non availability of product after my payment through , broken eggs receiving, and finally I’ve faced this:- order placed, payment deducted, then from my order list my PLACED ORDER disappeared... And sad part is there is no “proper call support” “proper response” nothing. I’m a proud customer of BISMI hyper market and I love the hospitality and deals from them. The above comment is for Bismi deal App. Please clear the app order/ delivery management and app bugs ASAP!

I created an account on the web. When I tried to sign in on the app, it is saying “something went wrong”. Even after a week, it is showing the same error.
