Such a rubbish app ! I was using this app for the last 4 years. Recently they have added service fee ! Which for the short distance is 30% of the whole taxi cost ! This is not acceptable. I'm going to uninstall it

Late morning, mid week, urban Antalya. Attempted to order taxis with plenty shown in locality on 5 occasions. Each time either no taxi would accept the 11km job, or the request would be accepted then later cancelled. On one occasion a guy arrived offering a taxi at triple the advertised price claiming that Bitaksi was unavailable. No obvious status issue on app. Feels as though a potentially useful app may be being manipulated by unscrupulous taxi drivers on mass - or maybe the app isn’t working correctly - it’s impossible to tell.

The app is a great idea if it worked. I tried using it multiple times and failed to get a single taxi driver to accept a job from me. I stayed in the Kundu area and tried using the app on 2 different days and didn’t get a single taxi ride. I did use uber which got me somewhere but due to the local taxi drivers being greedy, they asked for more than the app recommended. The only good thing about this app is that you can see the amount you should be paying. A job through this app from my hotel recommended under 200 lira. The same job when you ask a taxi driver, you’ll be charged double if not more.

the app does not allow payments from all banks (OTP) and you won’t know until the end of the journey and will get stuck unless you have cash

This company is very bad. The drivers can’t speak English properly. They charge customers so much money. What shows on the meter they charge u way more than that. Unprofessional. Uber is better.

This is a good app. As someone from UK using this app for the first time, only complaint is that a taxi was cancelled not by me but was asked by the app to pay the cancellation fee, also if you close the app before you start the journey it loses the job you requested even if the driver has arrived. Apart from that, it is a good app, would recommend
