I have tried to get the app functional by signing up for three days. I get to the point where the app tells me that a verification code is sent to me through WhatsApp though nothing is received in my end. I have tried using the feature for resending the verification code using SMS but same result. I have been in touch with your support twice but help they could offer was seemingly to reset the account creating (because you end up being stuck because the app tells you that a code has already been sent) and have me try again after an hour or so. Obviously I am not using a Turkish phone number but it seems like your infrastructure is supporting other types as well but it’s not that easy getting it to work. Let me know if I can be of service getting this to work as I regularly come to İstanbul and having this app would a lot of time compared to hailing a taxi on the street.

Son siparis ettigim taksi bizi baska yerde bekledi, Buyuk caddenin obur tarafinda. Biz yayalar icin gecmek imkansizdi cunku iki yolu ayiran demirler ve agaclar vardi. Ayrica bizim bulundugumuz yer zaten belli, Kartal iskelesinin onu. Onun U donusu yapip bizim yanimiza gelmesi gerekirken, iptal etti ve 9TL odedik. Sabiha’ya gidicez ve bu sofor yuzunden neredeyse ucagimizi kacirdik. Onu zaten 10dk bekledik baska musteri birakicakti. O bizi iptal edince baska taksi bulmamiz uzun surdu. Sikayetci olmak istiyorum ama onu sistemde bulamiyorum. Bir tek ismi kaldi aklimda: Salih. 9TL odemesini da yaptim ama ona ragmen bu sofor ve odeme sistemde gozukmuyor? Bitaksi’yr mesaj atmak istedigimde ise, hata mesaji veriyor, ve mesaji gitmiyor. Guvenilir bir app degil.

Out of 40 attempts to book a ride, it was only successful 1 time. Almost all taxi drivers in Istanbul will rather pick you up on the street, complain about traffic and charge 5x more then the app says. It one big scam.

Güzel bir uygulama.Hep iyi puanlı sürücüleri yolluyor fakat bazen bazı eşşekler konum hatalı olunca yanlış yerde gelip ,nerede olduğumu sormayıp çağrıyı iptal ediyor.Çağrı iptal olunca ise 25 TL gibi bir fiyat ödemeniz gerekiyor.

Toplasan 2-3 kere kullandığım uygulama beni ne sebeple engelledi hala bilmiyorum..!

Taksici kabul ediyor çağrıyı 5 dk sonra iptal ediyor böyle böyle kaç saat taksi bekledim allah belalarını versin. En son 50 tl bahşiş koydum öyle geldiler hemen, gittiğim yönden de geri dönmek zorundaydım aynı taksiyle döndüm indi bindi yerine daha yüksek ücret istedi ama hastaneden hastamı almak zorunda olduğum için kavga etmedim bi turda taksici dolandırdı. Allah belalarını versin hepsinin haram olsun.

Merhaba. Araba temizliği genelde kötü. Salona ağır sigara ve ter kokusu sinmiş araçlar hala trafikte. Şöför davranışı minimum kültür altı kalıyor. Sürekli birşeylerden şikayetçiler ve sürekli laf ediyorlar ve yolcuyu muhabbete çekiyorlar. Artık bu davranışlardan men edilmeliler. Diğer bir konu ise sesli müzik veya haber dinliyorlar. Araçta sakin yolculuk yapmak neredeyse imkansız.
