Their drivers hardly respect the suggested prices on the app as soon as they hear that you are a tourist. They turn off the meter and when you say to turn it on they refuse. We got 3 times out of the taxi because of that. 2 drivers have charged my card for the 30 seconds that we discussed the meter without my permission. The third one kept driving and he only stopped because I said I would go to the police if he wouldn’t stop the car. I tried to write a complaint in the app but it keeps giving me an error message. I don not recommend this app to tourists AT ALL!

Online payment by card did not work, I had to pay cash to the driver

Used this app in Istanbul and drivers always charged more than written on app.

Très bonne application, très pratique

Güzel bir uygulama.Hep iyi puanlı sürücüleri yolluyor fakat bazen bazı eşşekler konum hatalı olunca yanlış yerde gelip ,nerede olduğumu sormayıp çağrıyı iptal ediyor.Çağrı iptal olunca ise 25 TL gibi bir fiyat ödemeniz gerekiyor.

Toplasan 2-3 kere kullandığım uygulama beni ne sebeple engelledi hala bilmiyorum..!
