Erg veel problemen helaas met de app. Loopt constant vast .. ook kan ik niet met de juffies van de kids chat versturen . Erg jammer

Laat IPhone met IOS 18.1 vastlopen op dit moment
Hopelijk opgelost met nieuwe update. Voor nu niet werkbaar.
Valt steeds uit
Valt steeds uit na 1 of paar seconden sluit de app zich steeds spontaan.
App werkt niet meer
Helaas werkt de app niet meer. Elke keer bij openen wordt de app afgesloten. Eerder was al te merken dat de hele telefoon traag wordt en hij dan de app afsluit. Andere app reageren ook niet meer. Bitcare zorgt dat telefoon vast loopt. Kan iemand helpen? Betreft iPhone 11 met iOS 17.7 maar ook mijn vrouw heeft met IPhone SE 2020 exact dezelfde problemen.
App crasht
App crasht mega vaak! Je kan amper een paar handelingen doen of hij crasht
Onoverzichtelijk
Zelden zo’n slechte interface gezien. Inloggen is een drama, verlof dagen invoeren idem dito. Het is echt met stip de app die je niet wilt gebruiken, maar helaas soms wel moet openen.
Geen fijne app
Op mobiel werkt de app een stuk minder fijn dan op de laptop, dan kijken er functies te missen. Veel moeilijker om je kind bijv af te melden. Ook geeft de app geen melding bij een nieuw bericht of datum bij de foto’s. Werkt minder fijn dan andere opvang apps waar ik ervaring mee heb.

Mis chat inhoud
Sinds twee dagen kan ik de inhoud van de chats niet teruglezen, mogelijk een bug? Daarnaast werden berichten ineens meerdere malen op ongelezen gezet, terwijl deze niet geopend werden. Gebeurd op iOS 16
