Very concerning that I have been unable to send bitcoin to another address and am not provided any transaction info to see why

Used the wrong invoice and sent $133 in BTC using lightning and they won’t credit my account. Tried sending a micro amount again to be sure and same thing they won’t credit my account. Chop shop app

Says lightning address code is invalid despite scanning or copy/paste. They increased limit to 10$ to spin the wheel. Stay away
