After vpn turned on network not working and damn I can’t turn off it automatically turned on

I like the speed at which the download happens after connecting von. I am good with the services provided by bitdefender
Disconnection on lock and sleep, even from WiFi.. the app gets snoozed also ..
I’m on iPhone 15 iOS 17 .. I’m having a issue with this app.. whenever the phone locks and sleeps .. the app is snoozed , the connection is dropped and most strangely I’m disconnected from the WiFi .. it’s not an issue with the phone .. but something with the app.. cause I’ve tried with another vpn service.. this does not happen..

Limited tunneling and often it gets caught up and has to be switched off to connect. I stopped the subscription.

This vpN is caught by every platform and it doesn’t work at all. Can’t watch anything. Waste of money

Paid subscription - Best, Fast and secure service.
Good but…
I have been using the paid version for over a year now and had found it to be very good. But a week or two ago i found that some countries like India are no longer available for me to connect to. Please do something about it.
Limited split tunnelling
A major drawback is the limited split tunnelling as the current paid version of the VPN app has the bypassing facility for website URLs only. While as bypassing facilities for the mobile APPS should also have been provided, since there are some mobile apps which don’t function when the VPN is running and if it happens to be an important app for the user then the VPN needs to be turned off and on often while using such mobile apps putting the other apps in high risk. Hope this drawback is addressed sooner in the next update to the VPN app.
