As of 3/1/23 the bite app kicked me out of my log in and I can now no longer login or sign up. The error messages are blank and I cannot reset my password App is useless

Why waste everyone’s time by listing a fictional menu that is at best, distantly related to what is actually served in the school dining hall? It’s infuriating. And I agree with others that the food is generally unhealthy, unappetizing and often stomachache inducing.
I know all of these complaints are supposed to be app-related, and I have no shortage of those (the menu items are never correct or updated, it’s user-unfriendly etc). But the way Sodexo really screws us over is entering into lucrative long-term contracts with our universities to feed students unhealthy, poorly made food. My school has a 2 year dorm requirement, and as a result of my meal plan I had perpetual stomach pain for my Freshman and Sophomore years. I’m just lucky to live off campus this year with a car to go grocery shopping.
It was nearly immaculate a year ago, now it just seems negatively tinkered with and just neglected.
Needs some serious work I cant even confirm my location when I can literally see the kiwibot location across the street.
Well I wanted to try this app since it seemed useful. Didn't check reviews first. That was a mistake. Made a sandwich from our workplace shop, ordered chicken salad, cheese, a couple veggies, and Mayo. Toasted. And I tried to check out and it wouldn't let me. Because I didn't select toasted or not. Ok, that's fine. I check the box and try again. Please select: toast level. Ok. Fine. I add it to cart. Work fine, I check out and get my sandwich a half hour later. We got cheese, veggies, Mayo, well toasted. The sandwhich looks great but a little flat. Why? No chicken salad. $6.88 for a sad flat pile of onions, olives, cheese, and mayonnaise.
Hands down the worst app I am forced to work with. This was our hospital’s solution for food ordering overnight. Guess when they update the app? Overnight. It crashes constantly. It looks like orders aren’t going through but will double bill you at a minimum. Then you have to wait for a refund. There’s no way for the cafeteria to turn off options if we don’t have something. The app itself is hard to use. The auto-time feature is a headache because if you wait a minute to place the order you have to retime it.
Everytime i try to add my debit card, it just closes the app, ive tried different cards
I loved the idea of this app, extremely practical, however the flaws are serious: I ordered twice and stood waiting for a long time after being charged, but no drinks, so I went and talked to cashier and showed them the receipts so they processed the orders. I could have saved an hour of my time by going straight to cashier from first place. I ordered a muffin with drink but no muffin was there, so I asked, they were out, without notifying me to select another choice or refund the muffin. I tried to order 2 coffees this morning, when checking out, I got server error, so I went back and checked out again, till finally the server worked. The result was my credit card was charged 5 times for the same order. I called to complain, no refund, credit for 2 transactions, which I care less about credit. Paying $50 for $10 coffee is a failure for me.
Bro I couldn’t even get past selecting the location, now imma starve. Smh
