Cool idea, wish it didn’t crash

I like this idea, but it seems that it crashes quite often even if you update it. I constantly get the message “sorry something went wrong on our end, etc…” maybe it’s punishment for not subscribing to premium 😅

Great idea but… BUGS

I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a UI. I used the app for a couple days and it was great, helping me keep on track with what I was eating and make better choices, and I liked it so much I bought the year subscription. But that’s when the bugs started. When I would try to snap and log a food, I’d get an error message pop up and nothing would track. It wasn’t working at all for a couple days, so I stopped using it for a week or so. I came back after some time because I paid $50! for the year and still wanted to use the app. It was letting me track now, but now all my past meal logs had been duplicated and it decided to kill my premium features. I tried restoring, and nothing. I have the receipt and was supposed to have premium until Oct 2025, but it’s just gone with no explanation and my money’s been eaten up. What a nightmare.

Not full access even though paid for 3 months

Purchased the app tried it out and decided to cancel after 3 month ended. I’m not at 3 months yet maybe 3 weeks and I limited to what i can see on the app. Not worth it!!

Love the app but…

I really like this app, the only thing I wished was in it is the ability to add meals with text if you for example forgot to take a pic of it.

BEWARE DO NOT FALL FOR FREE TRIAL TRAP

I was prompted to try the free trial so I did. Quickly realized the app wasn’t so great so I cancelled my subscription and one day later I was charged 50 DOLLARS. I went to apple support to help get a refund and I was denied twice. $50 down the drain and they won’t give me a reason as to why I was still charged and why they won’t refund me. So incredibly disappointed. These creators should be put into jail. Would give zero stars if i could.

I think this app could be really useful to someone who’s at the start of their health journey and wants to learn more about what they’re putting in their body. However, it’s so limited in how you can edit the foods. Making it difficult for me to want to use. For example, the other morning I had an apple pancake. The app thought that it was Apple pie and ranked it as such. I tried to change the food but it didn’t accept apple pancakes as a food, so although I change the name the nutritional facts stayed the same as apple pie. Apple pancakes are definitely a sweet treat breakfast but not anything like an apple pie in nutrition. Also for a food app to be useful to me I need to be able to update it at my convenience. When I’m out with friends and having dinner, or at a family dinner party I don’t want to pull out my phone and take a picture in the moment, nor will I think to do it. So it happened a few times when I was first trying out the app that my little raccoon went hungry becasue I couldn’t update it. It also gives me the ick that you can access setting in app (or atleast I didn’t see how) to cancel the subscription. I needed to go through my payment method to cancel it. My final thoughts are that this is a very cute app, and could be useful to someone just not me. The price, 50$ Canadian a year, is not worth it considering competing app I’ve tried have way better bang for your buck with better in app features. Like Hit meal. Still has a camera feature but way more detailed, and when you pay for it you can meal plan suggestions and information about the macros of your meals. But the cute little raccoon friend in this app makes in worth a try.

Cute but…

I truly appreciated using this app. Although it accurately tracks what I eat, I wish it could provide more insights and suggestions. I believe this app has the potential to offer so much more!

Very cute but too simple

I love how cute it is! My little raccoon makes me remember to log in my meals. I wish there were more services though than just info about the food I’m eating. For example if it points out a food that I recorded that isn’t the best, it should suggest alternative foods or recipes that would be better :)

inaccurate information

kkkkkk11183883 on

i went to add a dunkin k cup and they gave me an entire wrong chart of the proper nutrients. they said it had 15 calories when it has 2 calories. they said it had 42% carbs when it has 0, 11% proteins when it has 0, and 47% fats when it has 0.1g… just incredibly inaccurate almost like they literally take a wild guess on what it is

Forgot pic? No meal

Hannah1422 on

United States

I love this app and think it’s awesome using AI instead of having to do a whole bunch of stuff to log it. My only issue is sometimes I forget to take a picture of my food and there’s no option to log it yourself so I keep “missing meals” even though I’m not
