アプリでライブやストリーミングが見れません。 ライブはまだリアルタイムならブラウザで見れますが、ストリーミングはアプリからしか開けないですよね？(私が見つけられないだけなら分かりやすく説明を載せて欲しいです…) 有料会員なのに推しが見れないので早急に解決していただきたいです。

ライブ配信が再生できない
タイトルの通りですがライブのアーカイブが再生できません。以前はできたのに…
通知が遅い
アップデートしても全く改善されない。 できれば使いたくないあぷりです。
通知が来ない+遅いことがある
問題点①通知が来ないことがある。または5分以上遅れることがある。osもアプリも最新ver.、端末を再起動させてもダメ。 ②チャット機能？でタイムラグのようなものが発生する。 ③アプリのアップデートをしないとアプリが開けない。通知を即時に開いて確認したいときはとても煩わしい。 これらのことから 全体的にいまいちで使いにくいです。応援しているアーティストがコレでやってるから仕方なく使っています。もっと頑張って欲しいです。
ライブ画面
ライブ画面のコメを表示すると画面全体が一段階暗くなってしまい、推しの顔も暗くなってしまうのと、 ライブのアーカイブでコメントが自動で流れないし画面も別なのが物足りない。 推しがどのコメントに対して反応したのかわかりやすくなってほしい。
解約できない
アプリをアップデートしたらログインできなくなり、1年近くログイン出来ずに会費だけを支払っています。問い合わせたら解約にはログインが必要とのこと。無駄払いです。
アプリの更新理由が不明
アプリのバージョンアップ頻度が高い割に「パフォーマンス改善」のみの表示は不親切に感じます。 何がどう改善したのか利用者にも分かるようにしていただきたいです。
アップデートが頻繁すぎ

アップデートが多すぎる
アプデ回数がとにかく多く煩わしい上にそこまで機能が改修された感じもしないです。せめてアップデートしなくてもアプリを使用できるようにしていただきたい。
通知が来ない
9月中旬頃から、フォローしているアーティストの記事更新時の通知が来なくなっています。アプリのアップデートで修正されるかと期待していましが、現時点でも通知が来ない状態です。修正をお願いします。
