BitOasis: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto

I deposited money via the Link Banking channel. The money was deducted immediately from my bank account, yet 24 hours later has not reflected in my Bitoasis wallet. The transaction history shows that the transaction was canceled, even though Bitoasis already deducted money from my account. I’m not sure if this app is legitimate or is a scam. While they claim to have 24 hour support, no such is available. Support is only provided between 9-5 working hours!

Please don’t use this exchange thay controll the assets withdraw any time your assets can be stolen in a month 3 times this happened to me. In crypto word “who controls the assets withdraw is scam”

A punch of unprofessional people, they run their own rules and regulations and when you ask you to show how they simply say we are sorry but this is it Stole my money and I will never use this platform again

High fees

You can’t talk to anyone unless it’s from Monday to Friday. Any withdrawal or confirmation must be done within this time limit only and only between 9am to 5pm. Verification procedures takes huge time. Email response is very slow. I don’t recommend at all. 0 problem solving

You need to *try* and place an order at least a 100 times with a “Failed Order” message and maybe, oh just maybe, you can get a order placed one every 1000 tries.

Why cannot register new user?

They don’t even let me withdraw without fees when they are the one having issues in the app. Customer service with the name called Hanan is very rude.

This app has always been full of bugs. Your every release breaks something else. Now i am not able to verify my ID as old one is expired. Its been 3-4 weeks that i have been trying to update but same error, now since last 24 hours I see flat line on graphs. Is this comic? I cannot see trend it is all flat.
