Lost like 100 dollars becouse of them! And all they tell you that it cannot be refunded becouse it was too small amount for deposit, but did not tell that before deposit was made!!! Scammers.

Geben mir nicht mein Geld
Ich habe am 06.12 50€ eingezahlt und warte vergeblich trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung auf mein Geld. Kundensupport ist eine reine Katastrophe und niemanden scheint es zu interessieren. Legt euer Geld besser woanders an. Abgesehen davon sind die Gebühren bodenlos

Läuft eigentlich normal. Gute Trade Plattform. Dann kam zwischendurch ein Update und nichts ging mehr. Fehler wurde aber schnell behoben. Trotzdem, so etwas sollte nicht in die Verteilung geraten. Wenn man wirklich mal ganz schnell reagieren möchte, kann einen so etwas jede Menge Geld kosten.
Verifizierung unmöglich
Der Verifizierungsprozess ist die reinste Katastrophe, mir wird angezeigt, dass ich schon verifiziert bin, werde aber immer wieder gebeten es nochmal zu tun. Versuche ich das, wird mir angezeigt, dass es nicht möglich ist.
