Customer service take too long

When you buy a gift card and the code is not available you have to wait sometime 3 day to get a answer back from them while they already have your money , terrible it’s not instant delivery!

Very Happy . I have used it for awhile , it does well for me.

I will remain using Bitpay.

Please add more gift card brands

Was a great app now it sucks

They keep on removing useful features and i have no idea why. Our brains are not calculators why would you possibly remove the ability to check hash id in the app and remove the dollars and leave only the bitcoin value. So silly and goofy.

Black hole for bitcoin

Ordered a gift card through the app. Bitcoins were debited. Transaction showed complete and confirmed. Still no gift card. Ok, I’ll be patient. After 2 hours it says contact support. I do. After a couple days they give me a “manually generated claim code”, but the code doesn’t do anything. Contact support again. They say wait a while longer while they look in to it (why give me a claim code if you have to look in to it?). Wait some more. 7 days after purchase I reach out to support again. Same answer: wait while we look in to this. Luckily I only transferred a small amount more that I wanted to spend at newegg. I’ll write it off as a $100 loss at this point and delete the app.

Very helpful app for everyone

How this site saved me ,I made a bitcoin deposit on a trading website and then wanted to sell and withdraw my funds in order to make a profit. I sent them emails and messaged but received no response. I was searching for help and was scammed by one recovery company... Then i come across a review on this app that described [hackerflyhubs... I contacted them to register and opened a case. I was assigned mr Luis , who has been assisting me so far. I have received my initial deposit... And am still working to receive my expected profits.... Send a detailed mail to [hackerflyhubs{@} gmail com] and open a case - or send a detailed mail of the scam or deal to [hackerflyhubs{@} gmail com] they are experts at dealing with online scam and assisting victims in receiving reimbursement, tracking down digital fingerprints, cyber analysis and thorough investigation.

App is broken.

I have usdc in my BitPay account and it won’t recognize it and assign a dollar value. My coins are stuck I cannot send them I can’t spend them or anything else. I try to use the app to pay for something and it won’t open the payment. This is really broken and I have money stuck now….

Great app only problem is hourly reports and being able to buy any crypto you would like. Other then that everything else exceeds my expectations.
