It’s not working as they claimed. It’s something fishy

Please if you have this app on your phone delete I lost all my savings including the debit card I purchased from them and now they won’t even let anyone withdraw their money once deposited

I’ve tried to top up my naira account and it’s not working and even the bitcoins option is gone too ,what’s going on ???

I ordered for $5 virtual card and the card doesn’t work anywhere and if I contact customer support they just beat about the bush without helping me . Later I got a message my card will expire in three days can you imagine .

Granted, The app works well but what’s with the high exchange rates and unnecessary fees and charges when you try to create a card, load it and use it. These people steal from you every step of the way. Once I find a replacement, I will delete the app and discourage all my friends from using it. That’s pure theft.

You need to work on your customer support your priority is to give your customer a best service not this and delay but I still love it thou

J’ai téléchargé l’application et depuis lors ça ne s’ouvre pas ,j’ai même desinstaller pour installer à nouveau ça n’a pas toujours fonctionné, je ne sais quoi faire .
