The creator of the app intentionally made it impossible for you to understand the charges up front. When you sign up, there is no way to close your account. I contacted support for clarifications and Bridget(support agent) was terrible at explaining things. I asked that my account be deleted and she/he said I should logout. How is logging out and deleting my account the same ? If you value your money, DO NOT USE THIS APP. It’s unfortunate that Apple does not hold payment companies accountable enough for using their platforms to commit fraudulent activities. How do you collect data from people without displaying the charges ahead ? Why is it impossible for people to delete their data if you cannot offer them the service they need ?

The customer service operators need to work better as several transactions get declined and the customer service be of no help and go for 1 hour just to come back and say rubbish

Bitsika is great but the homepage is too dry. Can't even find Bitcoin wallet easily
