Fees are applied when you buy or sell bitcoin. Benefit from sliding scale fees based on your trading volume over the last 30 days:

€250 or less → 1.49%
€250 - €5,000 → 0.99%
€5,000 - €10,000 → 0.89%
€10,000 - €50,000 → 0.79%
€50,000 - €250,000 → 0.69%
€250,000 - €500,000 → 0.59%
€500,000 or more → 0.49%

A €0.29 minimum fee is applied when buying by Card.

Please note that there are no fees for transferring bitcoins to an external wallet; this is covered by Bitstack!

Problèmes techniques et support inefficace

L’application est bien pensée et très simple à utiliser. Malheureusement beaucoup de problèmes techniques (dès le processus de vérification KYC et à l’achat de Bitcoin). Problèmes remontés à l’équipe de support mais très peu réactif, et n’apportent aucune solution. J’ai perdu confiance dans l’app et dans le sérieux de l’équipe. Dommage
