Bittensor Wallet

The app is not intuitive, it’s was hard to enter seed phrase. Once you type the first word, there is no way to move on to the second word. Can’t do « enter » or « next » you’re just stuck. I actually found out by mistake that you had to type ‘ in between words in the main case to separate words. No explanation whatsoever. App designers should know by now we need intuitive UI or at the very least minimum instructions. Also can’t verify what you type without erasing the entire seed phrase and start all over again. You also can’t switch to « 15 words » seed phrase, button just doesn’t work.

The negative reviews here thus far are either factually incorrect or have misunderstood the wallet’s functionality (or that it takes time, albeit little on Bittensor, to read /write onto the blockchain). This is the best and most trusted (developed by the Opentensor Foundation lead by founders of Bittensor) non-custodial wallet with on-chain native staking functionality. Have used it exclusively (used to be interested in other cryptocurrencies before knowing about Tao) since release… it has always functioned as advertised and been improved with each update. It is the simplest, most secure, and overall best app to access, transfer, and natively stake Tao… for functionality beyond that, you’d want to install the bittensor client / protocol and access the network that way. Satoshi Nakamoto invented the blockchain 15 years ago… more than a decade later Yuma Rao has made the most universal and useful application of it —one ubiquitous in generating SOTA intelligence across any and all modalities of AI —one that necessarily beats all centralized AI efforts… Much, much love, Dr. M

Worst crypto wallet! Stake page not performing well. It went blurr..

Not happy with app performance

On my iPhone 7plus it won’t open. Tried deleting, restarting but it opens for a flash and flash off. Oh well and yes my iOS is updated

Currently shows I have 498,000,000 TAO when I have .5 in the wallet at time of writing.

Never write reviews but have been in Bittensor for a while and am excited for an iOS wallet. First off, it seems that none of the buttons work until the balance “updates.” Initial screen takes a bit to update, then you hit stake and it seems it doesn’t work. If you wait 10-15 seconds, I’m guessing it’s “updating balance,” you’ll be able to pull up a list of validators and choose which one you would like. The app is slick looking, hoping it’ll become my go to for staking and for when dTAO is launched but right now it’s still a little slow.

Really slick design and serves a great purpose. I use nova currently, so it’s nice to see something from OTF. Needs improvement, some of the buttons are not functional. For example, the “x” and “back” buttons do not work. It would also be nice to see some kind of list of validators or a link to a browser to use tao stats etc.
