do not bother

No idea why but I’m on the latest version and if I scroll down or across the screen will refresh and take me back to the main page on repeat after 2 seconds. Been happening since maybe a fortnight ago. Basically useless app now.

Literally impossible to make a new account using the app. Verify email step has a major bug.

They fixed a bug I found quickly, support was good. If there's minor issues I'm sure they'll be fixed. Bitrex has a lot of coins you probably won't find elsewhere. I'm going to get some burst coin

I sent over 5000 SIA coins to my coin spot account after I hit send it did not give me a TXID and I had no T ex ID to enter into my coin spot wallet these coins have gone missing I have emailed Beatrix and they are still not responding to me have not provided me with the TXID for me to provide to coin spot so that they can find my coins now this isn’t a massive amount of money at the moment it’s only about US$250 but you know that we all know how quickly US$250 or 5000 coins can turn into thousands of dollars please respond or I will keep writing bad reviews if this is addressed will happily give five star rating thanks

Can’t login to the app. Every time I login it says verify your email. Login on desktop website works fine but not on this app.

Shows my positions and orders about 12 hours delayed if at all, despite successfully being logged in.

This company prevents token withdrawals to other exchanges to suppress prices and then my entire DOGE holding just disappeared

You guys need to look at the login processes.

I got this app to purchase Akoin as it was only platform offering it. It could use: • A notification when money is successfully deposited • Some sort of update to fix where the app does not refresh holdings and market data unless you completely shut down and quit the app. (I.e. swiping up and eliminating it) then reopen it • An update where when you send money from one wallet to another it sometimes fails to register that money has left a particular wallet... quite funny you’ll think you have double the money you truly have Until you quit the app and reopen Other than that... can’t really complain does alright.
