bitWallet features include:
- Securely store your Bitcoin addresses and their private keys.
- Create multiple wallets with multiple Bitcoin addresses per wallet.
- Create wallets for Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin.
- Send payments directly from the app.
- Print paper wallets to store your Bitcoins offline in cold-storage.

- bitWallet is FREE, for now.
Wallets: bitWallet supports two types of wallets; Classic wallets accept all Bitcoin addresses and private keys. New random addresses can be generated, and existing keys can be scanned and imported. Hierarchical Deterministic (HD) wallets derive all accounts, addresses and private keys from a single master extended key. HD wallets adhere to the BIP32 / BIP44 / BIP49 address generation methods and wallet structures. Wallet seeds and deterministic keys are derived from BIP39 mnemonic sentences. TREZOR Accounts are restored with Legacy or SegWit address generation.
Data Sources: bitcoin data is pulled primarily from Blockchain.info. Balances and transactions can be verified against BlockExplorer, BlockCypher and BitGo. Exchanges rates provided by BitcoinAverage.com are limited to 100 updates per day, per IP. Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash data is pulled from various Insight providers. Additional data sources will be added as they become available.
Data Security: bitWallet uses advanced techniques to encrypt the wallet using AES-256 encryption. Your password is not stored on the device or anywhere else - if you forget your password there is no way to decrypt your wallet and recover your Bitcoins! When the wallet is decrypted, the Private Keys still remain encrypted in memory until needed to resist memory scrapping attacks. For added security, a setting is available to clear the wallet data from memory when the app is backgrounded. Data is never placed in a web browser and it never leaves the app's memory space, unless printed, shared or backed up. iCloud Backup data is encrypted with the password before transmission.
Privacy Policy: securely storing your Bitcoins is a key feature of bitWallet. Only public addresses are transmitted to query balances and transactions - no other data is transmitted from bitWallet!

A FULL SCAM!!!!!

opklawas on

SCAM ALERT ‼️‼️ Deposited just about 3000CAD to unlock this private key. Customer service is unprofessional and useless. I also CAN’T withdraw my money. Terrible experience so far, Not sure how this app is even legal. Would rate it zero if I could.

Deposited 50$ into the account, transferred 12$ out and the rest disappeared as if it was never there. Only use trusted bitcoin wallets (coinbase/exodus)

i got this wallet originally to do micro tasks online, answer surveys, watch videos, etc. and be paid in btc. this wallet gave me an address that i inputted to be paid, but nothing has ever arrived. recently, i tried to send a small amount of btc to this wallet and the app i was using responded that i did not have a correct address! why would a wallet give an incorrect address? and so this address i had been using to receive payment for work is not valid. yea thanks but no thanks, i deleted this app

Great Wallet

Great wallet honestly. Very user friendly, lots of options, and has worked every time Ive used it. While I did find the initial fee setting high you can change it yourself depending on how long you can wait for transaction confirmation. Also they do a great job with migrating to a new IOS device and storing data for recovery. I broke my old phone and it was totally unusable, but the back up this app made ensured I lost nothing. I’ve tried a small amount of wallets but this one has always been the best for me. Also very responsive to contact if issues do arise I found.

Major issue!

MetzlerG on

Have used this wallet app for 3 years without issue and have absolutely loved it. Have been using the same password to protect my wallet for those three years. A simple 4 digit code, no change... until a couple days ago. One day it lets me in, the next I it says incorrect password. No one has access to my phone and no one knows the wallet key. I’ve checked the wallet all my funds are still there but no matter what I do it refuses the correct password. I’ve contacted support to no avail they’re not replying. This isn’t a “forgotten password” issue as the password has been used almost daily for 3 years. You don’t forget that. If this gets sorted then it’s a 5 star application but till then I have 20k locked behind an app that’s not working.
