BitWallet - Buy & Sell Bitcoin

I recently got into cryptocurrency. I tried a couple different wallets, but were very complicated to navigate and even harder to retrieve your money. The one time I had an issue. It was resolved in a timely manner

I was having problems with my account, but the support team helped me and was very patient with me. Helped me with my account Thank you.

I rarely leave reviews, and after the update I wasn’t able to change my account phone number and waited on support for a few days. Disappointed I left a critical review, only to find that within a couple days the support team had not only solved my issue but actually had a member reach out and call me to make sure that the issue was resolved. I couldn’t confirm it right away and they gave me a number to text to follow up with. They were fast and responsive, I was very impressed, 5/5. I’ll gladly continue to use this app.

Took my old butt a minute to figure it out but that’s with anything tech! It’s literally as easy as Venmo! Great secure way to buy, sell & send crypto!

I recently bought some crypto and wanted to say that the whole experience went smooth. I’ve had problems on other apps so I was a bit apprehensive at first, but will be using this app from now on. I might be interested in using the BTC desk in the future.
