App Issue
I had this app and it stopped working. I have the same issue with Roy Dean's Purple Belt Video app. Please fix.

Wonderful
After watching Roy describe the pressure system, it was easy to implement. There are some real gems of technical wisdom in this video.
Great App
A great app about pressure! At a certain point you don't need to know more moves but how to apply body mechanics in such a way in order for you to use the moves you already know and this helps with that aspect. Not for the new beginner but blue and above will certainly get things out of it. Great app.
