Horrible Customer Service
Customer Service is sooo bad. One thing has taken months to fix now. They’re so slow and disorganized with everything. My money has been stuck here since like July. I regret trying to use this app in the first place.

Having used different applications to send money, I can conclusively say this is the best so far. The Mobile App and Web App gives the best possible user experience; plus everything happens almost immediately.
