Good food pointless app
The food is great. The service is great. The app is a waste of time. There’s no points or frequent diners rewards. Only ordering on line. We dine in the restaurant, don’t do takeout because the food gets cold by the time you get home. Get the app & get the sign up stuff, then delete the app.
No consistency
I enjoyed going to the local Black Bear restaurant but I found an extremely high level of inconsistency. I liked the Chicken Fried Steak but once it was cooked and the meat was good. The next time the meat was so overcooked that it was could hardly cut it with a sharp knife.
Great App
The only issue I have is I wish I could add my card to my account so I don't have to put it in every order.
Where is the menu hiding?
Love the diner itself but having to search through multiple pages to find a menu is a giant leap backwards. A long time ago, the menu and health factors were right up front accessible from the front/main page. Sadly, not any more! Please fix this issue.

I eat at black bear pretty often and Jocelyn is always smiling and friendly.
What’s the point?
Doesn’t give you points or anything to earn freebies. Just lets you order online. Useless.
Very disappointed!!!
Ordered chili with online order. Was expecting a good bowl of chili and the corn muffin. I got two separate small bowls one with chili and the other with chili juice. No corn muffin. Was given a dinner roll. (Ice cold) Had placed an order for a second corn muffin. When I got there they told me they did not have the additional corn muffins n and low and behold it was another dinner roll and of course ice cold….. if they were out of corn muffins, they should have called, isn’t that why we provide a phone number when ordering??? I will think very hard next time before I order or go into a Black Bear. I definitely think $1.79 for a dinner roll is a little ridiculous…..😏
Good Food!
We recently ate at the Black Bear Diner for breakfast in Bullhead City and enjoyed it very much! We are going to Texas tomorrow and am looking forward to dining at The WoodlandsTX location!!!
