Great game but….

It’s a great game and all, however I did fly threw the first few chapters but all of a sudden the power scaling shot way up and it became increasingly difficult I’ve had to rely on assisting mages but now even they don’t help not so much of a complaint but still this games a lot more skill and luck then it should

Won’t let me download.

I have tried many times now to download on my iPad and iPhone I have downloaded the base game which I had to delete some games for but then I join the game and only the it tells me I have to download more.So the I delete even more and I checked my storage and I definitely had enough.So I tried again and it still didn’t work.It would be unfair to give a game I haven’t played a one star rating so I have given it a two.

Black Clover Mobile (BCM) is a great game and mirrors the anime series amazingly however I feel it’s to difficult to get LR stuff I get it’s rare and the best in the game but even with that in mind it seems to hard as well as getting the new characters the chances are way to low I get there also rare and good but I feel with the amount I have to put in to get them it doesn’t make them worth it.

Terrible Customer Service

I usually don’t write reviews but the customer service is the worst. i played when global first launched. As a massive Black Clover fan i bought multiple packs, one of which was the smallest currency pack. There was a glitch where it would charge you multiple times for one purchase but they refunded all of the purchases. i had already used the currency and i got a message saying i need to pay for a larger pack than i originally bought to make up for it or id be banned permanently. I contacted customer service and they told me they sorted it and to ignore any further messages. i then got banned a week later and all attempts at contacting them were ignored.
