I was told to use upper case and lower case letters to also use special characters like ! @ but it didn’t work I used multiple old and new passwords it still didn’t work it took me hours and still doesn’t work even after multiple reviews of this same issue it still isn’t fixed I used every password I could think of and still didn’t work at this point there is no point in keeping the game installed if it will just sit there and show the same issues again and again

I am unable to log into my account. I was able to before but it no longer works.

Apparently the app is bugged on my phone and I have iPhone 13. I recently updated the app and it wouldn’t open. I then deleted the app to re-download and still had the same issue of it not opening.

After the recent IOS update application stopped working, just get stuck on the black spirit when launched. Tried deleting app, reinstalling, powering phone off and back on, still doesn’t work

App isn’t working it’s just stuck with that black spirit icon and won’t even budge or move Horrible

App is currently useless. Worked for about a week and then stopped going past loading screen. Fix it and I’d be happy to update this rating. Until then, this is a zero, completely unusable.

App stopped working on IOS. Reinstalled a few times but stuck on splash screen

People are addressing this issue and you guys aren’t saying anything. Fix. Your. App. It just stays frozen in the beginning loading screen. Tried reinstalling, doesn’t work.
