As a group, African-Americans tend to have low survival rates across all disease categories when compared to the general population. Whether it is cancer, diabetes, HIV/AIDS, heart disease or hypertension, the BLK community can benefit from targeted information on treatment and prevention.

When African-American consumers or medical professionals look for information, they seek objective, credible and trustworthy sources for that information. Black Health TV consists of an editorial news and production team of industry journalists that bring longstanding track records for the highest quality medical journalism.
