I would have given 0 stars. There’s no filter for preferences. I’m getting nothing but old men 🥴 why can’t I pick my age range and height preference?????? Even Hinge which is free has these options!!! Waste of my money. I’ll be leaving another review

I joined to find black men in my area, and all that is on here are white guys. False advertising!!!

The app has a lot of glitches and doesn’t update messages in real time. Some profile pictures won’t show on the app as well but as soon as you open the site on a web browser, it’s all there. For people on the go there should be more focus on developing the app and it’s features. There should also be a preference setting on our profile that allows one to specify the distance they prefer when it comes to meeting people. This would help those who want to filter out messages from individuals from other provinces and states.

The prior app was so much better. I am gone after this month ends.

Once you’ve signed up for paid subscription, the link to cancel subscription cannot be found

I’m trying to cancel this app because I’m not happy with it. I think the communication is poor and the response time is nil. It’s very easy to sign up and for them to take your money, but to discontinue you have to find it and request to discontinue. I’ve been looking everywhere it tells me to look and I can’t find it, now I’ll have to lose out and have another payment taken for an app I don’t want anymore. MAKE IT AS EASY TO CANCEL AS IT DOES FOR YOU TO TAKE MY MONEY!!!!

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Impossible to navigate, the simplest things like changing your profile bio feel like rocket science. And on top of that there’s tooooo many bots. Whoever developed this should scrap the app and try again. Great idea, horrible platform, management and development smfh

I am all about supporting platforms and business that promote Black love, ,etc... but this is NOT one of those platforms. Poorly developed application, not user friendly at all. Nothing good to say unfortunately.
